Spogmai Radio plays on both 102.2 FM in Kabul and in Kandahar.
Since October 2008, Spogmai Radio has been a leading Afghan radio station reaching people in Kabul and Kandahar via 102.2 FM. Axon Media Group owns it and provides a selection of news, talk shows and music, most of which are broadcast in Pashto. The station shares airspace with China Radio International and broadcasts CRI Pashto’s shows in Afghanistan. In Kabul, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Parwan and Kandahar, Spogmai Radio is heard by around eight million people.
